Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate who is already a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead. In this pivotal role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for our residents.

Package:

Provide effective leadership in ensuring that nursing standards and practices adhere to the NMC, CQC , company policies, and local clinical regulations. Champion a culture of continuous learning and development for the nursing and specialist care teams. Advise staff on clinical matters, demonstrate high standards of holistic care, and ensure best practices are applied. Conduct initial assessments of potential residents, advise on admissions, and ensure evidence-based care with identified and managed risks. Liaise with residents, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the best possible care and outcomes for residents, including formal care reviews. Identify and involve families when a resident's needs change, requiring reassessment and appropriate external agency notification. Lead on the implementation of clinical pathways to ensure optimal resident care. Take the lead on quality audits, delegating tasks and ensuring all action items are completed monthly. Collaborate with the Clinical Deputy Manager to oversee all clinical systems and processes within the home. Complete fee and clinical justifications, working with the Clinical Matron on reviewing care fees. Complete clinical investigations and reports as requested by the Registered Manager. Requirements:

A registered nurse (RN) with a current NMC Registration. A passionate and dedicated leader with a proven track record of success in a clinical care setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
