Overview
We are currently working in partnership with a leading healthcare provider to appoint a Clinical Lead nurse in a medium sized care home based in Skelmersdale. They have several nursing units attached and are registered to provide general nursing, respite & dementia care. The ideal candidate would have elderly care experience within a nursing home.
Requirements:
- Previous Clinical Lead experience for 2+ years within a nursing home in the UK
- NMC registration
- Passion for high-quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High sense of personal responsibility
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Show strong leadership skills
