Leaders in Care UK is helping a private nursing and dementia home find a skilled and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our client's welcoming and friendly team in Hull. This full-time nursing role offers a salary of up to £43,700, an hourly rate of £20, with alternate weekends and some on-call responsibility.
As an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse, you will work at a 60-bed nursing, residential and palliative care home in Hull. You will work day shifts, including some supernumery hours and directing on the floor (clinical shifts).

Managing a team of nurses and care staff, guiding by example and ensuring high standards of care are adhered to
Assisting the home manager with running the service, checking care plans, audits, and rotas
Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team and family members
Promoting a positive culture and assisting in the training and development of new starters
