Leaders in Care UK is seeking a skilled and collaborative Clinical Lead Nurse to join our client's welcoming and inclusive team in Warrington. This full-time RMN Clinical Lead role offers a salary of up to £42K with fantastic benefits.
As a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse, you will join a ten-bedded service that specialises in rehabilitation for people with various mental health conditions. You will assist the Hospital Manager in managing the hospital and developing best clinical practices. You will also deputise for the Hospital Manager, ensuring the effective management and operation of the hospital, providing a person-centred service for people with mental health conditions and associated needs.
To succeed in this full time Clinical Lead Nurse role, you must be a qualified RMN with mental health experience in a similar setting with the ability to encourage a values-based culture and ensure high-quality care and support.
