Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead Nurse on behalf of a general nursing and residential home in Preston. This is a full time, permanent position to work as Clinical Lead Nurse on day shifts working 42 hours per week. The salary is at a highly competitive £22ph plus paid breaks, and the service is rated as Good in all areas with the CQC.
As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will work 3 x 12 hour shifts per week leading on the floor, and one day supernumery circa 9am - 4pm. The Home caters for elderly residents who have general nursing requirements, no EMI. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with good clinical skills and elderly care experience.
The annual salary is £48,000+
Duties as Clinical Lead Nurse include;
To ensure that a high standard of nursing care is provided at all times
To create and maintain person centred service user care plans
To monitor and manage the health and well-being of residents
To assist the Home Manager in any audits and staff reviews
Liaise with family member sand the multi-disciplinary team
Be an excellent leader and motivator of staff
