Allegra Care have an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Manager (RGN) to join their beautiful 26-bedded converted Manor House nursing home, Cedar Lawn in the Romsey area.

Key Responsibilities:
- 42 hours a week. (The office hours will be scheduled over Monday to Friday, but a 12-hour nursing shift over the weekends may be required from time to time).
- Provide oversight of clinical governance and lead the care and nursing team.
- Conduct supervision, appraisals, and training of clinical and care staff to ensure the delivery of outstanding levels of care.
- Implement and support the provider's distinctive care model by effectively allocating resources.
- Act as the deputy for the home manager during their absence, contributing to continuous improvements in the home.
- Participate in one, 12-hour nursing shift per week with the remaining time being supernumerary.
You will need:
- Demonstrated nurse leadership skills with a proven track record of leading care and nursing teams.
- Experience in residential nursing home settings catering to the elderly and individuals with dementia, or relevant healthcare settings focusing on elderly patients.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience using care planning software.
- Nursing qualification (RGN) with an active PIN.
