My client is a large multi office leading legal 500 firm who are looking for a talented Clinical Negligence solicitor /legal executive for their Birmingham office who can demonstrate that they have a genuine interest in defendant clinical negligence and who wish to develop their career in this area of law.
My client is seeking a self-motivated, ambitious and experienced solicitor to join their highly regarded and expanding clinical negligence/medical malpractice litigation team. The successful candidate will be expected to have litigation experience and well-versed in understanding the needs of our client base, preferably gained at a NHS Resolution Panel firm, together with experience of handling and advising on cases involving complex issues and maximum severity injuries.
Experience of managing claims against GPs is an advantage but not essential. The role will involve managing a caseload of claims on instructions from NHS Resolution. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with a partner who will supervise your work and there will be opportunities for client contact and business development.
