OVERVIEW:
• As an established, ambitious and resilient Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be motivated to provide an exceptional client service within a highly regarded clinical negligence team.
• The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be responsible for a range of medical law work including cases against hospitals, GPs and other health professionals.
• You will be involved in many fatal cases in which the team will represent family members at coroner's inquests
• You will be highly proficient handling a broad range of clinical negligence matters, with a track record of excelling in similar challenging and dynamic environments.
• Displaying strong project management, drafting, and legal analysis skills, you will be both commercially and practically minded
• Participating in business development, you will assume a proactive role managing the firm’s reputation both in and out of work.
