Legal 500 firm seeking 2x Clinical Negligence Solicitors NQ and 3-6PQE to join their specialist team, fighting for individuals with spinal cord injuries.
Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor – NQ-6 PQE
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Central London, largely hybrid working
Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor
- Manage your own caseload of medical negligence spinal cord injury claims
- Support Senior Solicitors with more complex matters
- Develop expertise in both medical negligence and personal injury claims
- Deliver outstanding client care, ensuring maximum compensation and optimal support
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who is NQ - 6 PQE
- Medical negligence experience, ideally with spinal cord injury cases
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate approach
- Proactive and team-oriented work ethic
