The Role
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint an Team Leader to take on some excellent cases, running them from inception to trial.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor with experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases under supervision.
This position will comprise of 25% working on a small number of cases within the team and 75% of the time supporting other teams.
The Candidate
- A Solicitor/Team Leader with experience managing a Clinical Negligence team
- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
