Job Description
An experienced Cloud + Infrastructure Engineer is required to join an established technical helpdesk team offered on a Fully remote or from their Dorset offices. Your day-to-day role will be assisting consultants and the project management team with project delivery tasks, resolving user acceptance testing support tickets, and change requests raised as part of the project. Technical Skills; At least 3 years of experience providing 3rd line support for an MSP The ability to work effectively with business and IT stakeholders, both internal and external. A background in supporting Microsoft cloud technologies is essential. With a specialisation in Office 365 or Azure Advantageous skills: * Office 365 Core skills (Intune, AIP, DLP, CA, AD DS) o Identity and Access management o Device and Application Management o Information Protection o Compliance management o Enterprise Mobility + Security /Modern workplace o Azure Services - Azure Virtual Desktop / Azure Active Directory Domain Services Salary and Benefits £40,000-£50,000 plus Bonus and career funded accreditation's and Certifications.
