Job Title: Cloud Software Developer
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Software Developer, specialising in Cyber Security, to join an established organisation in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cloud-based software applications, be tech-savvy with an understanding of security protocols, and be highly innovative in their approach.
Your role will involve developing secure cloud-based applications, using the latest technology, and working closely with other departments. You will be required to provide technical advice and support, as well as suggesting improvements and better ways of working.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years of experience, including a Masters/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
* Knowledge and experience of cloud-based software development - AWS, Azure.
* Have experience with scripting languages such as, Ruby, Powershell, SQL and Linux
* Experience using Visual Studio, Git, JIRA and CI/DevOps
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in developing secure software applications
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
