3 days in office - Hybrid (South Darenth)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Participate in project meetings and new product introduction processes.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to optimize product utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Innovation: Stay updated on trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Key Tasks:
- Provide technical support for sales, marketing, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure department continuity during team absences.
- Develop solutions that meet service requirements and customer needs.
Person Specification:
- Education/Experience: IT-related degree or 3+ years’ industry experience; fresh graduates with interest considered.
- Skills: Familiarity with IoT, cloud services (AWS/Azure), data analytics, automotive standards, and Python programming preferred.
- Attributes: Strong communication, decision-making, organisational skills, attention to detail, proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible.
