About the role
We are looking to recruit an experienced customer-facing Collaboration Support Engineer. As a collaboration support engineer you will be an integral part of the collaboration support team responsible for providing technical support to both customers and internal users, ranging from making additions and changes through to troubleshooting and detailed debugging. This role is varied and requires people with a logical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to quickly learn new systems and solutions. In addition, Support Engineers assist Collaboration Project Engineers during and after deployment of new systems.

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for receiving, managing and assisting in the resolution of Incidents, Issues and Problems raised via system monitoring tools, customer-initiated tickets and calls and other means. Ensuring that tickets are managed through to resolution and closure in line with contracted SLAs, escalating to higher authority or technical teams as required.

The collaboration team deploy, support and maintain a range of systems including our own SIP Trunk platform and several UC and telephony products from various vendors.The successful candidate will be required to provide and promote a professional, high-quality, customer-focused service to our customers and partners, ensuring industry-leading levels of customer satisfaction. This is 12 month Fixed term contract with a possibility of permanent employment.

    • Cisco's Collaboration Portfolio (CUCM, CUPS, CUC, Webex)
    • Enghouse Interactive Contact Centre (EICC)
    • Call Recording Applications
    • Microsoft Teams phone system
    • Windows Server
    • PowerShell
    • General IP networking skills
  • Understanding the importance of and how to deliver ESaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and face-to-face).
  • Being a team player.
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of Node4 solutions.

  • WXC Admin.
