Job Description
Our client, a niche legal firm, require a commercial and dispute resolution solicitor, based in central London.
The ideal candidate will be able to assist with a mix of contentious and non-contentious areas.
- Commercial work for SMEs
- Company share and asset sales and acquisitions
- Commercial contracts of all descriptions
- Share transfers and share buybacks
- Shareholder agreements and articles
- Joint ventures and MBOs
- Resolving disputes at director and shareholder level
- Dispute resolution
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a desire to specialise in working with SMEs and showcase recent work. Fast-paced role requiring the ability to operate with minimum supervision outside of usual comfort zone. Sales style approach to dealing with new enquiries.
All levels of PQE can be considered.
