The Role:

As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for all planning, analysis and reporting related to brands Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channels. Working closely with the Retail and E-Commerce teams the role will support in setting robust plans and forecasts by quarter and financial year. Ongoing analysis of results should highlight areas of risk and opportunity, which will be communicated back to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.

The ideal candidate is a strong business partner; is adaptable, and is able to interact with all areas of the business. The Senior FP&A Analyst must have the ability to interpret financial data and translate this into insightful analysis.

Your Impact:

  • Own the preparation of the Annual DTC Plan, and subsequent forecast updates
  • Partner with the VP of DTC to support on strategic growth plans, as well as portfolio management and lease negotiations
  • Support the Retail and e-Commerce teams with adhoc analysis, including capital appraisals
  • Challenge and critique stakeholder plans/forecasts using commercial awareness and historic data/trends
  • Report on business performance through Brand reporting packs
  • Manage Junior FP&A Analyst and support the Head of FP&A
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Who You Are:

  • You are analytical and can interpret and present non-financial information effectively
  • A natural leader
  • You’re comfortable with dealing with complexity
  • You have a high standard of accuracy with statistical data

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Strong experience as an FP&A/Commercial Finance professional
  • Fully qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Exposure to Pan-European/Multi-currency experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
