Location: CANDIDATE CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE UK (Mostly remote working with occasional travel to their regional sites)Salary: Up to 50KEdward Mann are partnered with a Global Children's Services and Healthcare group that are looking to hire a Finance Manager for their team. Partnering closely with the operational team, you'll be responsible for owning the budgeting process, providing financial support to new business proposals, and driving commercial success across the business.Responsibilities- Support key stakeholders in driving performance- Own regional budget setting process and ensure new operations are in line with budget- Negotiate periodic fee increases with external stakeholders- Attend meetings with Operational Directors, and make suggestions for improving performance- Support preparation of business plans and commercially evaluate new opportunities- Ensure integrity of financial controls and financial data to minimise risksDesirables- Qualified Accountant - ACCA/CIMA/ACA (candidates who are not qualified will also be considered)- Experience business partnering with internal/external stakeholders
