Job Description
A highly acquisitive global insurance business is currently looking to recruit a talented Commerical Insurance Lawyer to join their collegiate and growing legal team.
Working directly with the General Counsel and as a key point of contact for business stakeholders you will be involved in:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including master service agreements, supplier agreements. vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and customer terms and conditions, terms and conditions etc.
- Working on a variety of international projects.
- Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
- Providing general legal support to senior stakeholders in various departments, including product development, marketing, and human resources, ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Ideally you will be a Common Law qualified solicitor with at least 3-6 years PQE in the areas of corporate/commercial law gained in the insurance sector (either in-house or in private practice). You will also have A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a rapidly expanding and entrepreneurial environment.
