Joining a highly reputable law firm with offices across Scotland, this opportunity will be based in their Edinburgh office whilst having the flexibility to work from home. Due to organic growth their dynamic Commercial team now seeks an additional commercial IP solicitor to join them.

Your role will involve working on a wide variety of matters including commercial contracts, IP related matters, compliance matters - data protection, brand protection, copyright,and much more! You will also be working with a broad spectrum of leading commercial clients across a range of sectorsfrom education, financial services, energy, to food and drink and technology.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, demonstrate commercial experience gained within a similar position and bring a positive "can-do" attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team. You will thrive and enjoy working in a busy team environment where you are able to manage a busy and varied caseload whilst meeting tight deadlines.
