Job Description
Our client, an outstanding international law firm is seeking a Commercial IP/IT Solicitor for 6-12 months on a fixed term contract basis. The role can be on a full-time or part-time basis.
The IT, IP, and Data Team in London handles a broad range of work in IT, IP, and Data Protection matters, and is highly ranked in the Legal 500.
The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE with experience of drafting and negotiating agreements relating to a broad range of IT and technology transactions, including in relation to outsourcing, cloud, software, infrastructure, fintech, DLT and other forms of technology agreements.
This fantastic role is due to start ASAP, and individuals must be available immediately or at very short notice.
