Our client, an interesting legal firm in London, requires a commercial lawyer based in London.
- The ideal candidate is someone who isexperienced, has worked at a large city firm(s) and now wants to work in a boutique niche firm.
- Handles IP registrations and resisting claims, commercial agreements such as platform agreements, licenses, contract disputes.
- Will have a dedicated paralegal to support.
- Will consider part-time and or flexible working.
- Once established ability to work from home with prior agreement.
- Salary based on experience.
