My client is looking for a dynamic Managed Legal Services (MLS) Lawyer to join their team at a pivotal moment of growth and innovation. As an MLS Lawyer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outcome-focused solutions to their clients by combining legal expertise with cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide solution-focused advice and outcomes beyond contract review.

Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer with 3-5 years' PQE in private practice or in-house legal team.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of industry trends.
- Technical excellence in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Ability to manage deadlines and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Comfortable with technology for document drafting, review, and matter management.
