Job Description
Our client, a leading alternative legal service provider, is keen to speak with junior-mid level commercial lawyers who would consider an in-house secondment contract with a leading multinational technology company.
The successful candidate can expect to consult on a wide range of commercial agreements, develop robust relationships with business clients across EMEA and US offices, advise on legal issues and risk and provide excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills to support the team and the continual improvement of their documents.
Candidates should be UK based junior to mid-level commercial lawyers with experience in developing, drafting, and advising clients on commercial and technology contracts, including multi-jurisdictional transactions.
The role is to start ASAP and will run for the remainder of the year, with a chance of further extension.
A competitive daily rate is on offer, which falls outside IR35.
