Hydrogen are working on an exciting opportunity with a leading international bank who are looking to hire a commercial contracts lawyer to join their highly regarded legal team as Vice President.

The successful candidate will be advising on and negotiating a wide variety of commercial/IT contracts and working closely with the business on related projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercial lawyer looking to move in-house and gain exposure to broader commercial work at a global scale.
Skills required
- Admitted to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales with ideally 3 - 6 years PQE gained in-house or within private practice*.
- Demonstrable experience in a range of commercial/IT contracts.
- Demonstrable experience in advising and supporting on multiple projects.
- Financial services experience is preferable.
