We are actively sourcing for a Commercial NDA Legal Counsel to support a near-term full-time engagement with our major asset management client!

We are actively seeking a Commercial NDA Legal Counsel located in the United Kingdom area with the following experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of PQE as an attorney specializing in commercial law.
  • Minimum of 2 years PQE experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements ideal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high levels of client service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Barrister
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Only solicitors based in the UK should apply at this time.
  • Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.


Support our major financial services client with the following responsibilities:

  • Review escalations from resources with negotiations outside of NDA playbook.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs that are essential to safeguarding our client’s business interests to maintain confidentiality in their strategic partnerships and verticals.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive company information, intellectual property, and trade secrets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal counsel, executives, and business development teams to understand specific needs and requirements for NDAs.
  • Conduct thorough legal analysis and risk assessment of NDA terms and conditions.
  • Advise and guide internal teams on compliance with NDA obligations and restrictions.
