A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the iconic Britannia Hotels. We are a well-established, forward-thinking Company. With 62 hotels and 6 holiday parks in key-locations across the Country we are looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team based on site at our Head Office in Hale, Cheshire WA15 8RE.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes.

Demonstrate knowledge and experience. Receive and respond to requests for legal advice providing high quality, practical advice, taking into account both technical and commercial considerations.

The Candidate:

  • Technical excellence in commercial litigation/disputes
  • Correspond with clients, other solicitors and consult with counsel
  • Prepare high quality reports for Directors, written submissions, court documents and letters.
  • Company Commercial Associate Solicitor with 3+ Years Post Qualified Experience
  • A pro-active approach and positive attitude
  • This is a Full-time, office-based position
