Acting in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, you will work across a range of commercial issues such as breach of contract, misrepresentation, insolvency disputes, director's duties, negligence claims and real estate matters to name just a few. Furthermore, the litigation will span the full spectrum of sectors, from energy, financial services, technology, transport and more, making for an engaging position.
