An exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join an award-winning Commercial Litigation team in Cardiff, working on all areas of contentious work on behalf of public and private sector clients.

You will work on general commercial and civil claims work such as:
• Contractual claims
• Partnership disputes
• Shareholder disputes
• Professional negligence
You will also work on procurement challenges where you will advise both bidders and contracting authorities on issues relating to evaluation criteria, scoring methodologies, manifest errors, and limitation issues.
Additionally, you will be supporting the wider Commercial Litigation Group, through practice development, which would include writing articles, attending networking events and building their profile in the general market.

• 1-3 PQE or equivalent
• Solid relevant technical expertise and intellectual ability
• Dedication, determination and loyalty to colleagues, clients and communities
• Relationship driven, approachable and people oriented
• Experience of advising on and assisting with public inquiries would be advantageous
