Due to continued growth, this Legal 500 ranked firm in central Brighton are looking for an additional experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive.

The role
- The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, 2+ years PQE, into their Brighton office in East Sussex.
- You will have a strong background in broad commercial disputes ideally with some experience in property litigation/real estate litigation.
- The team is experienced throughout landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and land rights. You will be undertaking a caseload consisting of MNW/HNW work, giving you fantastic caseload exposure within one of the region's most reputable firms.
- You will be joining a legal 500 ranked firm / department pushing the reputation of the practice to its full potential.
Requirements
- You will have experience in handling your own commercial litigation matters
- You will be 2+ years PQE, with exposure in these matters.
- You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
