- My client is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join their Property and Commercial Litigation team in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Chambers-ranked team that handles a diverse and engaging range of commercial and other disputes. The team consists of 9 lawyers and 3 support staff. Join a dynamic and supportive team where you will engage in a variety of cases, including commercial, contractual, shareholder/director/partnership disputes, restraint of trade, reputation management, data protection and privacy, insolvency, debt, professional negligence, and education matters. You will work closely with colleagues in a stimulating environment that encourages professional growth. • Provide high-quality legal advice and client service. • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters independently. • Exhibit a commercial approach to client matters and uphold the firm’s values. • Engage in business development activities and attend legal training programs. • Work proactively and flexibly, showing excellent attention to detail. & • Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience. • Strong understanding of contract law and familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules. • Experience with reputation management, data protection, privacy law, and using the High Court CE filing system is a plus. : Holiday: 27 days plus bank holidays Pension scheme Health and Wellbeing Cashplan Optional benefits i.e. contribution towards transport/parking Private medical Life Assurance – 4 x salary ?
