Our client is a reputable national law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services, is seeking an experiened Commerical Litigation Solicitor for its growing London office.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a passion for delivering high-quality legal representation.Thenational Commercial Litigation team comprises experienced professionals covering a wide spectrum of commercial litigation and arbitration work. The London Commercial Litigation team, of which you will be a part, consists of seasoned professionals specializing in general commercial disputes, tech, IP, construction, engineering disputes, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients on various commercial litigation issues.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case management records and billing entries.
Qualifications:
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for Commercial Litigation and alternative dispute resolution
  • 1-4 Years PQE
  • Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and ADR processes.
  • Experience in general Commercial Litigation Disputes.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exposure to commerical clients intransport, logistics, international trade,retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector, and banking and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
