Job Description
Regional firm are looking to add to their busy litigation team. Suitable candidates will be qualified solicitors in the region of 2-5 years pqe.
You will independently deal with a mixed case load of general commercial litigation expertise which will ideally include:
- Breach of contract claims
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Breaches of company administration requirements and directors' duties
- Breach of confidence
- Intellectual property
- Information technology
- Professional negligence
- Fraud
