<div><p>Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Senior Associate</p><p>Cardiff</p><p>5 PQE+</p><p>Fantastic opportunity for a commercial litigation senior associate solicitor to join this reputable commercial litigation team who are based in Cardiff. This commercial litigation solicitor will be working on a caseload for claimants and defendant on a varied commercial litigation caseload. As a senior associate in this commercial litigation team, you will be assisting with the supervision and mentoring of junior fee earners.</p><p>Your caseload will be varied and include contractual disputes, defamation, professional negligence, shareholders disputes, IP/IT disputes, restructuring and insolvency.</p><p>It is important that you are a qualified solicitor with atleast 5 years PQE in commercial litigation. You will be able to show that you have experience in managing your own commercial litigation from a strong commercial litigation practice.
