COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE - WARWICKSHIRE -
Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE +) -
A rare and very exciting opportunity with great potential at this fantastic leading law firm
This is a senior appointment and we would be keen to hear from applicants with experience levels from NQ-4 years PQE up to a more senior level with good quality Commercial Litigation experience gained at a respected firm
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of disputed debt recovery and insolvency for broad mix of quality clients in credit insurance, suppliers to retail, manufacturers and distributors both UK and abroad.
You will work closely with the firm's Head of Commercial on a wide range of matters. Ongoing training and support will be given to the successful candidate. There will be the opportunity to specialise further if appropriate.
