Reporting to: Commercial Director

Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes/Hybrid Working

Working Hours: Monday – Friday - 8:30 am – 17:30 pm

At Snap, we seek a dynamic Commercial Product Manager to spearhead our transformative card program, enhancing point-of-sale financing both in-store and online. This role offers the chance to shape our company's future while advancing your career. You will lead the development of innovative card solutions, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, and ensure seamless integration across marketing, UX, and customer services. Your efforts will drive Snap’s growth strategy and ensure we meet our sales objectives, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and compliance.


The role and responsibilities include:

  • You will be the driving force for the development and advancement of innovative card point of sale financing solutions instore and online for our customers in line with our growth strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle which starts with concept delivery and gathering our business and customer requirements
  • Work with our internal delivery teams and newly appointed card provider to ensure the product is delivered on time and to the specification.
  • Ensure the proposition for customers is developed and embedded within the business taking ownership of all aspects of delivery from marketing, UX, customer services and budget planning and management.
  • You will own to budget and ensure the business is tracking against sales objectives and delivery.
  • Analyse and interpret incoming data to create future solutions, building out a roadmap in line with our sales objectives.
  • Possess a deep understanding of market segments, customer needs, and trend identification.
  • Ensure that Snap complies with all legal, compliance and behavioural requirements.
  • Impress with a structured approach, clear communication, and the integration of expertise from all areas to develop the best solutions for our retail customers.
  • In everything you do, you always have the customer's needs in mind and the right mindset to drive projects, get stuff done, and question things openly.


To be successful in the role of Commercial Product Manager we require the following skills and experience:


  • Experience in product management in banking, fintech, or management consulting with projects in the payment or financing field
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or business informatics or comparable
  • A deep understanding of the credit card business and/or card-based financing solutions. Must have worked in delivering a virtual card/wallet based solutions on both Apple and Google pay.
  • Strong experience in vendor and 3rd party management to enhance interchange and card programme revenues, including scheme rebates, marketing contributions, and other 3rd party revenue and cost reduction opportunities.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and apply them effectively and purposefully.
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills when dealing with interdisciplinary and international stakeholders, as well as C-level management, are second nature to you.
  • You independently evaluate market and technology trends and adapt them to Snap
  • Someone who wants to transform the way cards can help POS financing in the UK.
  • P&L or budget management experience is essential.
