The legal counsel team is looking to appoint a Commercial Property lawyer and the nature of the role requires a specialist with not less than 1 year's PQE.
Forming a key and integral part of the legal team and wider business, you will be engaged in a diverse range of commercial property transactions. Handling your own projects and assisting the head of property, typical instructions will include:
- Acquisitions & Disposals of commercial property,
- Leasehold & sublets,
- Landlord and Tenant negotiations and renewals,
- Property support on corporate transactions.
