TSR Legal have an excellent opportunity for a 1 plus years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and successful Cardiff law firm, you’ll be offered a competitive salary, a friendly and inclusive working environment, and clear opportunities to progress.
Applications are encouraged from Trainee Solicitors who have completed a seat in commercial property / real estate as well as Senior Paralegals who are looking to develop their career in this field. There is a potential Training Contract and even a transfer of training contract for the right individual.

The Role
- Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including HMO’s and divided leases etc.
- Sale and purchase of freehold retail & industrial units
- Sales and purchases of small businesses
- Day to day handling of complex commercial property matters
About you
- The successful candidate should be a minimum 1-year PQE
- Previous experience handling a varied & complex commercial property caseload
