Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a Legal 500 Leading Firm, based in the East Midlands, seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (Trainee) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a boutique practice offering a suite of business law solutions to commercial clients.
ROLE: Commercial Property Solicitor (Trainee)
LOCATION: East Midlands - hybrid working
SALARY: £35,000 to £55,000
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of commercial property law
- Work on sales, purchases, leases, corporate support work, development work, and high-value residential conveyancing
- Provide excellent service to commercial clients
Requirements:
- Experience working in commercial property law
- Ideally be a trainee solicitor, but will also consider candidates that are either 2-4 years of PQE or 7+ years of PQE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
