We are a leading law firm, known for delivering exceptional legal services in the commercial property sector. We are now seeking an ambitious and skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our growing team. This role will focus exclusively on commercial property work, offering you the chance to engage with high-profile clients and complex property matters.
As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will manage a broad range of transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and developments. You will be responsible for advising clients on a variety of property issues, including commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and large-scale developments. Handling acquisitions, disposals, and leases of commercial properties
Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals
Working on property finance and secured lending transactions
Advising on development projects, including planning, construction, and environmental matters
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client care
Competitive Salary: £55,000 - £75,000, depending on experience
