Commercial Property Solicitor Edinburgh Venari Legal are delighted to be working on an exciting Real Estate Role to join a successful team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable Commercial Property team, where you will work on high-quality, varied projects across Scotland and the UK. The team regularly advise developers, investors, lenders, public institutions, hospitality and retail clients, banks, landowners and a range of other businesses across Scotland and the UK. Advising on the purchase and sale of commercial properties, ensuring smooth and successful transactions for our clients. Guiding clients through complex development projects, from planning and financing to construction and sale. Commercial Leasing and Asset Management : Managing leases and property portfolios for clients in various sectors, providing strategic advice to maximise value. Property Finance : Structuring and negotiating finance arrangements for commercial property transactions, working closely with lenders and borrowers. Ideally you will have at least 1 year experience within a Commercial Property team however strong NQ’s will be considered with at least a full year as a trainee.
