JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor

THE ROLE:
The successful Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor will join an established team and handle a varied caseload of matters on behalf of a variety of clients. The appointed Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor will be working with some of the most knowledgeable litigators in the market and be advising on matters across a range of sectors to include private client property litigation. Applicants hoping to be considered for this role must have a strong desire to business develop in order to build and maintain strong relationships with clients both new and existing, whilst supporting other members of the team where required.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Litigation Solicitors who possess a minimum of 3 years’ prior experience of handling their own property litigation caseload. In order to be considered for this role, candidates must be confident self-starters, have excellent commercial acumen and be a team player to ensure effective collaboration within the team.
