Position Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Commercial Property Manager to join the team. This role is critical to the continued success and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial property management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of commercial properties (office & retail).
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with leasing agents to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and rent collections.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and property laws.
  • Oversee maintenance, renovations, and upgrades of properties.
  • Handle tenant negotiations and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Analyse market trends to make informed decisions on property management and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
