Commercial Property Manager / Asset Manager

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager position within the Property and Asset Management team, to assist in the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
Role details:
- Assist in managing all portfolio matters, such as monthly client reporting, quarterly KPI reporting, managing collation of environmental data etc.
- Work closely with tenants to maintain and build strong relationships
- Site inspections
- Management of rental and other income including tenant arrears
- Liaising with our property accounts team to ensure compliance with our rent collection KPIs
- Dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter
- Ensuring tenants' compliance with lease obligations in relation to use and maintenance obligations
- Preparation and administration of service charge budgets and expenditure
- Overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants
- Ensuring compliance with legislation including Health and Safety and other regulations
- Assisting clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties
- Working with landlords and tenants on all other matters relating to the clients' property portfolio
- Contractor management and supplier procurement
- Liaising with client's agents, solicitors and other consultants
- Insurance administration
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Portfolio details:
The role will be focused on a variety of property types, involving industrial, offices and neighbourhood retail. You will be working for a number of different clients and be expected to provide a best in class property management service.

Caerphilly | Salary: £32000 - £36800 per annum + 32 Basic Salary + 15% shift allowance
Caerphilly | Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
Blackwood, Caerphilly | Salary: Up to £30500 per annum + dependent on experience
Caerphilly | Salary: Up to £37000 per annum
