Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - City Law Firm - London
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading city law firm in their search for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join the team on an initial 12-month FTC. This role will be based in the firm's London office and will require you to be in at least 2 days per week. Due to the urgent nature of this role, candidates must be available immediately.

A full-service firm in London, our client is known for their expertise in transactional, advisory and regulatory work advising successful businesses, their leaders and investors. It is a recognised leader in real estate, IP, commercial and technology.
The Team
The Real Estate practice handles all aspects of property investment, financing, development, landlord & tenant issues, construction, planning, and all manner of disputes in the commercial and residential space. They service clients overseas and in the UK, which include major developers, retailers, financial institutions and property owners.
The Role
General support will be provided to the real estate team, this will include:
- Drafting, negotiating and reporting on leases, licences, concession agreements and related documents.
- Assisting with larger transactions on an as-needed basis for junior due diligence tasks.
- Running a large quantity of transactions carried out on a fixed fee basis appropriate for legally trained staff at this level.
- Lettings work
- Landlord & Tenant
- Utilisations
- Client Contact / Portfolio Managing
- Working on Sales and Purchases
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous commercial real estate experience and is available immediately. This experience will have ideally been gained with another leading firm in London (or regional).
