<p><strong>Commercial Property Paralegal</strong></p><p>Our client is a well-regarded law firm based in Romsey, Hampshire. They are well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout Hampshire.</p><p>The Legal Support department is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal or Assistant to support the Real Estate team. </p><p>The role is 100% office based.</p><p>The successful applicant will ideally have:</p><ul><li>Experience in property law</li><li>Confident telephone manner handling telephone enquiries from clients and third parties</li><li>Be able to audio and copy type</li><li>Be proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel</li></ul><p>Full and part-time applications will be considered. </p><p>In order to be considered for this role, you must have 1+ year of experience as a Paralegal within Commercial Property law, or your application will not be considered. </p><p>To apply for this position please email with your CV via the link or contact Chris Rodriguez to be considered.</p><p>(Salary is just a guideline and is based on relevant experience)</p>
