Responsbilities
- Drafting stamp duty returns and AP1s
- Drafting and preparing leases, licenses and ancillary documents
- Preparing Completion statements
- Preparing financials statements
- Using portals for different aspects such as the land registry
You
- Previous Commercial Real Estate experience
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and to progress
