An exciting chance is open for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the well-established team in Brentwood. The team top-tier Legal 500 within a top 200 law firm. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about this dynamic and growing field. The firm offers continuous training, opportunities for development, and cultivates a friendly and lively work atmosphere with a fast growing firm.
What we need you to do:
- Ideally you would have gained general commercial property experience to include landlord and tenant, sales and purchases and secured lending work.
- In addition to strong legal knowledge you will also be a dynamic and driven individual who has a proven track record of successful business development and will want to play an active role in helping us generate new work too.
You will be dealing with high value local and national work, you will be handling a broad range of matters, to include:-
- Commercial acquisitions & disposals
- Commercial & residential development projects
- Commercial property leases
- Reorganisations
- Banking & security
- Landlord and tenant advice.
