Commercial Real Estate Solicitor - Secured Lending - up to £70,000 salary The Role This award-winning practice is known for its high-quality work and providing specialist quality legal advice to an extensive client base consisting of SME's including a number of investors, developers and lenders. Due to the expansion of the firm’s Commercial Property team, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Associate who will be principally involved in advising on secured lending matters, while also handling general sales and purchases of commercial property, estate development and leases. The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.
