Our client is a leading practice in Swansea, with an excellent reputation across a full service of practice areas, particularly in their commercial areas of practice, including a strong, Director-led Commercial Property team. The work varies from mainstream commercial property for a range of clients, both local, regional, and national, to development work and rural property matters.
They are looking for a qualified Solicitor with around 5 years of post-qualification experience at this stage, but they can be flexible. What matters most is your passion for commercial property work, your ambition to learn and develop, and your roots and connections for Swansea as a location.
