Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well-established firm of solicitors based in Yorkshire. The practice are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing friendly team in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team and have experience in handling a varied workload across all areas of Commercial Property.
Candidate Requirements:-
- Experience drafting agreements of lease.
- Experience in sales and purchases of commercial property.
- Use own initiative and work proactively.
- Advising clients on bank documentation and company loans.
- Responsible for own caseload.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Supervising of junior members of the team.
Competitive salary depending on PQE.
